UNITED supplies fresh fruit, vegetables, and herbs to the hospitality market in Egypt. Its buyers are chefs and procurement managers, not shoppers, so the site works as a sales tool: show the range, prove the standards, and turn interest into a quote request.
The context
Hotel and restaurant buyers order on a schedule, daily, weekly, monthly, and care about consistency and certification more than a checkout button. They want to know what's in season this month and whether the supplier can handle their volume.
The problem
Sales ran through calls and WhatsApp. There was nowhere to send a prospective client to see the catalog, seasonal availability, or certifications, and quote requests arrived without the details needed to price them.
What we did
We built a bilingual site with a catalog of fruits, vegetables, and herbs filterable by season, a month-by-month seasonal calendar buyers can download, an operations page covering certifications, and a structured RFQ form that asks for products, quantities, and delivery frequency up front.
Key decisions
- 01
Built for buyers, not browsers
No cart. Every page leads to a request for quote, because hospitality contracts are negotiated, not checked out.
- 02
Seasonality as a feature
A calendar shows what's at peak, available, or just starting each month, the first thing a chef asks.
- 03
Quotes that arrive complete
The RFQ form collects the product list, quantities, and delivery frequency, so sales can price on first contact.
Under the hood
React single-page app with full Arabic (right-to-left) and English translations, catalog filters by category and season, an exportable seasonal calendar, and RFQ and contact forms that go straight to the sales team.
The result
UNITED has a site its sales team can send to any hotel or restaurant: the range, the seasons, the standards, and a quote request that's ready to price.
